RetComM Catalog

Propose a GitHub recomp/decomp source for the official catalog. Sign in with GitHub, paste the repo URL, review auto-filled digests and release globs, then submit for maintainer approval.

Checking session…

1. Source repository

Reads public README / DISC.md for ROM digests and the latest release assets for install globs. You can edit every field afterward.

Required for submission. For launch binaries, asset globs, and ROM digests, at least one value in the group is enough.

Identity

Release assets

At least one asset_glob pattern is required (match the GitHub release archive names).

Launch binary names must match the executable filenames inside each OS release archive so RetComM can find and launch the program after install. Auto-fill guesses from the repo name — verify against the real binary (e.g. Sonic3KRecomp / Sonic3KRecomp.exe). At least one OS is required.

ROM identity

Digests prove ownership for RetComM’s library scan. You must hash a local dump below before submitting — auto-fill from the repo is not enough. The file never leaves your browser.

Rom Checksum Submission

Drop or choose your verified ROM / disc image. We compute CRC32, MD5, SHA-1, and SHA-256 locally and fill the fields below.

Drop a ROM/disc image here, or
No ROM hashed yet — submit stays blocked until this step succeeds.

Netplay (recomp-net)

Optional. When enabled, RetComM can list this title in the multi-game lobby. game_name / game_version must match the strings baked into the shipping binary (WS create/join wire identity).

Submit opens a review issue and emails human catalog contributors. Maintainers approve by adding the approved label, which merges the title and publishes an updated catalog. GitHub login is required so abusive accounts can be banned in submit/banned-users.json.
